I've seen that video before, and it totally slayed me - that kid is just awesome. I wonder what old Bush would say if he saw that video...

Thanks for coming by to visit me, my friend (dang, I wish I knew your name LOL); it's been really nice to see so many people who care - it makes a huge difference, you know.

I'm planning on taking a day trip to my beloved mountains tomorrow (Sunday), and I'm hoping to get out early enough in the morning to maybe catch some wildlife on film. I'm feeling like I can make the drive, and I think being out in the place I most love will really help me, health-wise.

Have a great weekend, my friend, and thanks again for coming by to visit me.

Morning, Lacy! Just dropping by to wish you a great day and a great week, and to let you know Manic Monday is up. If you get a chance, drop on by Northern Tales too; the question of summer igloos has been asked and answered...

Have a great day and a great week, my friend.

Morning Lacy! How exciting about the pond! I have a relative (ok, it's sad that I'm not sure of the exact relation LOL a cousin somehow, I think...) reecntly re-did their pond and it was quite a task. He had the pond for as long as I can remember. Last year he drained it and had a cement wall built all around the perimeter. I have not seen it since that was done but I'm sure it looks great. I spent so many summers as a kid sitting on the dock dropping little bits of bread and cheese in and watching the fish come gobble them up... :)

I hope you all have a great day!

Yep, that's a hilarious vid, alright - thanks for posting it! Now, if only the current administration would stop being stupid and let us have our own time zones, I'd be totally happy.

They actually don't charge admission; you just go, park your car and walk around. You can take bread to feed the ducks, but those are the only animals you're allowed to feed for obvious reasons. (Though everybody plucks some grass to give to the sheep/cows/horses... they eat it on their own anyway when grazing...lol) They don't have a site but there is a little info here: http://www.visitpa.com/visitpa/detailRoadtrip.pa?id=43 and a couple pictures here: http://www.pittsburghdiary.com/Apr/RHF/rhfarm.htm

Hey Lacy, Thanks so much for your friendly and happy comments. I really enjoy reading your thoughts.

I read your comment in Leah's journal about wordpress. Which part of your site are you going to use it for? I've been tinkering with wordpress here lately on my honeyoaks website. I plan to post alot of my older stuff/thoughts on it.
Let me know when you get it going, I love your creativeness and it's very heartening to me to visit your websites and journals. You're a talented lady!

Wishing you a lovely day!
