Chistmas Soap

  • Mood:

What a delightful Christmas Eve!  Long after Josh fell asleep, I was in the kitchen -- wired.  I'm not sure what gave me all that energy but I got a great deal accomplished.  For some strange reason, I felt like making cinnamon almond shea butter soap!

So, I got to work.  I didn't finish until 4:00 this morning!  Here are some pictures of the process:

Merry Christmas everyone!  Blessings!

Holy smokes! You are the only person I know of besides Granny Clampett who makes her own soap! Lacy, you're a wonder! I wasn't quite as industrious as all that. After I hung up with you, I fixed a very late dinner for Mark and myself, after which we drank cognac and sang carols until midnight. Then we said Christmas compline. What could be worse than a pair of tipsy monks?
